Your entire vacation will be easier if you prepare well. So here is some important information that may be useful and make your Check In/Out and whole trip a lot easier.

No later than 10 days prior to your arrival be sure to return the completed crew list (form will be sent to you after your booking) Required documents to be brought along with you:
- Passport ili ID card
- Charter contract (voucher)
- Skipper’s license - Croatian coast license, international sailing license - if you have any doubts whether your national license can be used in Croatia, please contact us in advance. We will clarify the validity in Croatia.
- VHF license - Included in Croatian coast license (if issued after 1993)

Upon your arrival at the base please register directly at the office. Registration includes the settling of all fees/extras due and completion of documentation to ensure a quick check-in:
- Tourist Tax (1,5 € per person per day)
- Service pack (end cleaning, water, 1x cooking gass bottle at the departure,batteries, linen, equipment for each crew member, 1 towel per person, production of documents and registration)
- Extras (outboard engine, WiFi, SUP, BBQ, early check in, extra bad linen or towels…)
- A security deposit has to be paid before taking over the vessel. You can leave a deposit in a certain amount in cash or as credit card deposit. The whole deposit will be repaid to the client, unless some damages or loss of equipment are noticed. Otherwise the stated deposit will be kept in the amount needed for the repair or for purchase of damaged or lost equipment.
As an alternative to a security deposit (in cash or by credit card), it is possible to buy a deposit insurance. You will be insured against damages to the boat and equipment during your sailing trip. The amount will not be refunded.
After you do the tehnical check-in procedure on the charter vessel, representative of the charter companythe will hand you the paper.
CHECK IN: Saturday till 5:00 pm — CHECK OUT: Saturday till 9:00 am.
Check-in recommendations (use the presence of charter staff)
- Main switch board: Instructions for all the switches and meters
- Motor: While turning the engine on and off the alarm must work (beeping). The speed-handle must be soft. Find out how to change motor strap, how to control and change oil.
- Anchor and chain: Explanation of the windlass
- Sails: Instructions for use of sails and ropes
- Instruments: Function of the instruments ( wind, depth, speed, distance, GPS,..)
- Pump: Operation mode, switch on/off
- Tanks: Check if the fuel and water tank are completely full
- Tank for faeces: How to empty it, capacity
- Pipe-valves: Where are they, how to reach them, function?
- Toilets: Is the hand-pump working
- Fridge: Turn it on, check if it works
- Kitchen: Are enough dishes, knifes, spoons, forks, pans, pots, etc.
- Gas: Check the main valve, is there extra gas tank and tools to exchange it on the boat
- Lights: Check if all of them work (navigation, cabin,..)
- Life-jackets: Are they appropriate for the crew and where are the life belts
- First aid box
Important hints
- As soon as the boat engine is stopped turn of the fridge. Otherwise the fridge will empty your batteries
- Gas valve always close after cooking is finishes
- In case of stronger wind always put on the life belts
- As soon as you leave the harbour or bay, close all valves and do not leave any kitchenware lying around
- Reduce the sailing surface in time
- Make economical use of the water (except you intend to go to a marina every two days)
- In the harbour or marina slow speed
- Toilets: no toilet paper or similar

- Charter price includes one week charter on equiped sailing boat, VAT, VHF, chart plotter, dingy, kitchen utensils, towel, pilot book, navigation charts
- Charter price when renting a catamaran includes one week charter on equiped catamaran, VAT, VHF and chart. plotter, dingy and outboard engine, kitchen utensils, pilot book, nav.charts and free WiFi
- Mooring in starting base is always free of charge
- Extra as obligatory cost to be payed is service pack, which includes end cleaning, gas, underwater inspection(diver), bedlinen and towel
- Extras that can be booked: skipper, outboard engine for dinghy, gennaker, transfer from/to airport
