-------------------------------------------------- CANCELLATION TERMS A refund of up to 50% is available if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, excluding management fees. ADVANCED PROVISIONING ALLOWANCE (APA) The booking price does not include additional costs such as fuel, mooring fees, provisions, special requests, excursions, or other expenses, which can amount to approximately 30% of the total booking value. Payment of the APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is mandatory at check-in. If the APA amount is insufficient, the additional amount must be paid on-site upon request. BOOKING VALIDITY AND GUEST LIMITS The booking is valid for the number of people indicated in the booking confirmation or for up to 8 people, whichever is lower. Additional guests, up to a maximum of 12 for day cruises, may be subject to an extra charge. For a "Day Charter," a courtesy cabin is available. For an "Overnight Charter," full access to all cabins is provided. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT - Day Charter: Check-in at 11:00 AM, Check-out at 7:00 PM - Weekly Charter: Check-in at 2:00 PM, Check-out at 9:00 AM In case of delay or no-show at check-in, no refund will be issued.
